Jackie got her start in Pride as the web designer and communications coordinator for the festival. That job turned into her accepting the role as boss lady of the event. She also serves on the board for Promo, Missouri’s state-wide LGBTQ advocacy group. Jackie also works in the tech industry and has two awesome kids.
Steven is a native to Columbia, Missouri, the birthplace of Mid-Missouri PrideFest. He lives with his 5 year old fur baby, Midas, a basset hound mix dog. He has been an active part in the PrideFest Planning Committee since 2015, where he joined to help offer fresh input in the planning of this yearly festival. With the addition of his hard work, he also helped secure a reoccurring sponsorship from his employer, Walmart. In 2017, he was voted into the position of Secretary, where he has helped with some of the behind the scenes administrative work, including putting together our silent auction at the Pride Pageant and our annual raffle the day of Pride. Outside of his duties to PrideFest and Walmart, Steven is a fan of almost all board games and enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and dog.

Irene has blessed us as our new treasurer this year. With years of accounting experience, she definitely helps us keep our heads on straight. Irene is also the treasurer for The Center Project. She is one numerically talented lady! When she isn’t busy crunching numbers, she is spending time with her husband and grand kids.
