Our sponsors and vendors make up who we are!

Our festival is put on entirely by volunteers, and our resources can be small. Putting on a quality festival for more than five thousand people can be expensive and is only possible by generous support from our community’s individuals and businesses. Festivals like Pride are important to our community because it allows us to not only celebrate our identities and the things that make us unique, but it also gives the community an opportunity to show their support to their LGBTQ neighbors, friends, employees, and customers.

Most leading businesses understand that contributing to the creation of inclusive environments is not only the right thing to do but it will serve their bottom line by connecting them with the LGBTQ+ community and their loyal allies, who have incredible spending power. The support from our sponsors helps us continue our mission to unify, inform, support, and mobilize individuals, groups, and allies in our community through community building, communication, education, and advocacy. We promote protection of equal rights under Missouri Law, provide a safe environment to discuss and resolve issues, and help organize events.

Vendor Participation Information

*All sponsorship levels include BOTH days of the event (to our wonderful friends who have other commitments on Sundays, we completely understand your ability to only participate on Saturday, please email janet.davis@midmopride.org before making your donation).

*The purchase of two booth spaces is NOT permitted and are reserved for Corporate, Sparkle and Rainbow level sponsors.

*By completing your sponsorship purchase you agree to be present at the set up time-slot given (to be emailed to you in June), be ready and open by noon on Saturday, 1:00 on Sunday and tear down at 6:00 and be off the street by 6:30pm and are present for the entirety of both days.

*Parade participants will be given the opportunity to set up at an alternate time if needed in order to join in the parade.

*FOOD VENDORS require a separate application. Please email janet.davis@midmopride.org if you are interested in becoming a food vendor for this year’s event.
