When will I receive my yard sign?
Yard Signs Must Be Ordered Ahead And Picked Up Unless You Are A Corporate Sponsor (Or Otherwise Arranged With The President)
How do I get my package when I get to the event?
You Must Check In At The Information Trailer Once You’ve Unloaded And Parked Your Vehicle. This Is Where You Will Pick Up All Of Your Package Purchases
What is the rain date?
There Is No Rain Date For This Event. Unless The Weather Is Severe, We Are Rain Or Shine
Can I bring my dog?
WHILE WE LOVE OUR PETS, WE DO ASK THAT ONLY SERVICE DOGS BE PRESENT AT THIS EVENT
Can I change my set up time?
SET UP TIMES MUST BE OBSERVED (UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED WITH THE PRESIDENT) BOOTH NUMBER GIVEN MUST BE VISIBLE FROM YOUR VEHICLE WINDOW UPON ARRIVAL
Can I purchase more than one booth?
WE DO NOT PERMIT TWO BOOTH SPACE PURCHASES – THESE ARE RESERVED FOR CORPORATE, SPARKLE, AND RAINBOW SPONSORS
Do I have to be at both days of the event?
ALL SPONSORSHIP LEVELS INCLUDE BOTH DAYS OF THE EVENT
Does PrideFest offer electricity?
We do not offer electricity. Generators are welcome, however strict guidelines from the City of Columbia must be followed. The generator MUST be able to be 6 feet from the booth and people and be surrounded by barrier fencing as per city. Generators are not permitted near Rose Stage or Entrance.
When can we start to setup our booth?
Set up times must be observed (unless otherwise arranged with the President of Mid-Mo PrideFest) Booth Number given must be visible from your vehicle window upon arrival.
What size tents can I have?
All tents must be 10×10 in size and must be weighted per Columbia City Ordinance.
