As the colorful celebrations of Mid-Missouri PrideFest draw to a close for the day, we invite you to be part of an essential team that ensures our festival ends on a high note: the Saturday Evening Tear Down Crew. Your efforts from 6pm to 10pm will help us transition the space back to its original state, ensuring we leave a positive and respectful footprint in our community.

Why Volunteer for Tear Down?

  • Community Impact: Your involvement directly contributes to our commitment to sustainability and respect for the venue that hosts us. It’s a tangible way to support both PrideFest and the local community.
  • Teamwork in Action: Experience the camaraderie and satisfaction that comes from working together with a dedicated team of volunteers. It’s a chance to meet new people, share stories of the day, and bond over a shared purpose.

What Will You Do? Volunteers will assist with dismantling decorations, taking down signage, cleaning the event area, and ensuring all materials are sorted for recycling and waste management. No previous experience is required—just a willingness to pitch in and a positive attitude!

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Individuals who are energetic, organized, and ready to dive into hands-on work.
  • Volunteers who understand the importance of the clean-up process and are committed to leaving a positive impact.
  • Anyone who wants to extend their PrideFest experience and contribute to the festival’s success from start to finish.

Join us as we wrap up another successful Mid-Missouri PrideFest. Your help not only makes a difference in ensuring a smooth and efficient tear down but also signifies your integral role in the PrideFest family. Let’s close out the festival together with the same energy and enthusiasm that we started it with!

Sign up now to be a part of the Saturday Evening Tear Down Crew and help us end PrideFest on a strong and positive note. Your efforts are not just appreciated—they’re essential. Thank you for considering this vital volunteer opportunity!
